When we give you an estimate, it has been arrived at through careful consideration. We're confident it’s the correct number. That being said, it's not fair to our other clients if we negotiate the price, so please don't ask. We also understand that we’re not the best fit for everyone -- and that’s completely fine! There are plenty of cleaners out there, and some who may be a better fit for you.
A Work In Progress
Your home is a work in progress. We need to get familiar with it first (all the nooks and crannies) so it might take a couple of times before we’re able to get it up to our standard. Even then, we're a firm believer that there’s always something more you can do -- and we’re always looking to do just that.
If you’re sick, then please let us know immediately so we can reschedule accordingly. No one from our team will be coming into your home with something contagious, and we don’t want to bring anything into our other clients’ homes either.

We take what you say very seriously and we'll do everything we can to remedy it, but we cannot fix something we’re not aware of. Also, we ask that if you're not happy with your clean for whatever reason that you let us know within 24 hours. A lot can happen between cleans, and this is our way of making sure that we're the ones who are responsible for it. Thank you.
